It's used for whatever the town needs a room for, and it's everyone's top pick if they want to host a party.
Clubs meet there, events are held there, and there is always someone carrying chairs somewhere. One cool part is that the main space can fit at least ten tables. The building isn't particularly modern, but it's so familiar that nobody cares.
