There's this normal, compact box of cards in Simona's room. 

Specifically, the ace of spades is often among her belongings, but nobody knows about it, and she doesn't seem to be interested in playing card games with it. The thing just sits at the bottom of her bag, maybe forgotten. Maybe not.

Still, she has never felt the need to explain its significance.
