Tara has already looked at the entrance door eight times during the last minute. Simona is watching Ivy tear a receipt into smaller pieces, and Ezra places a few empty papers on the table right between the filled cups.

Simona picks up the cup in front of her and takes a small sip.

“…The coffee is suboptimal,” she states.

Ivy drops the receipt. She’s trying her best not to laugh.

Tara whispers, “Simona.”

“Yes.”

“We’re at a teahouse.”

“Yes.”

“You literally talked the worker into making something that isn’t even on the—”

“Stop!” Ezra cuts in. “Stop changing the topic, guys.”

Silence falls over the table again, and Tara checks the door for the ninth time.
